Delivery Information

At Ciani Lingerie, all items are shipped by our dedicated shipping team via trusted tracked and signed courier service (FedEx). We process each order until 6PM (CET) on working days.

We offer both Priority & Standard International shipping.

International Priority Shipping:

• Europe : 1-2 working days
• USA : 1-2 working days
• Canada : 2 working days
• Latin America : 2 working days
• Asia : 2-4 working days
• Middle East and India: 2 working days
• Africa and Oceania : 2-6 working days

Standard international shipping:

• Europe : 2-5 working days
• USA : 4 working days
• Canada : 4 working days
• Latin America : 4-6 working days
• Asia : 4-6 working days
• Middle East and India : 4-5 working days
• Africa and Oceania : 6-8 working days

*Please be aware that our delivery times are approximates and may occasionally exceed the expected timeframe. We do everything we can to make sure your order is delivered on time and in full. However please note that during peak demand times (such as Easter, Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Black Friday weekend) deliveres may take longer than expected. Ciani Lingerie uses FedEx to ship worldwide. Costs vary by shipping destination – please check on the checkout page too see the options and price.

• Tracking your order

All orders are tracked and require a signature upon arrival. If nobody is home to sign, your order will be returned to the carrier’s local depot and instructions will be left regarding redelivery. For a delivery update, please refer to the delivery carrier’s website detailed in your order confirmation (Fedex.com) and enter the tracking reference provided on the dispatch confirmation email.

• Carrier returned orders

In the unlikely event that the carrier cannot deliver your order then they will return the parcel to us, the sender. Any parcels returned to sender will be processed as a return once delivered at our warehouse, and a full refund issued. We are not able to reship parcels which are returned to us by our carriers.

• How your order arrives

Orders are dispatched in a discreet outer box so you can shop in confidence knowing your privacy is of the utmost importance to us. Our courier network requires us to include a return name / address & description of the contents which we have kept to a minimum where possible.

Inside, your order is packed and dispatched in a beautiful white Ciani Lingerie box, tied with a black satin ribbon. Note that some products will arrive in a single discreet outer box with branding inside to ensure the item(s) arrive with you in the best condition. 

• Request to cancel or amend your order

Once your order is placed, the warehouse begins to pack it right away to ensure it reaches you in good time. This means that it is unfortunately not possible to add to, amend or cancel an order once it has been placed. Your purchases can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days. If you have forgotten to purchase an item, you will need to place a second order

• Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders including return fees for returns/exchanges.
