Returns & Exchanges

• Ciani Lingerie does not accept returns unless the company made a mistake by sending the wrong item.
• For size exchanges: the customer must return the product within five business days of receiving the order. 
• All products must be returned to us in perfect condition. This means that all labels and tags must be attached, with no stains, marks, pulls or rips. The product must not have been worn or used. If this is not the case, we reserve the right to refuse your refund or the request of exchanging.
• If your requested exchange item is out of stock, contact us to organise an alternative solution.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable for all orders including return fees for exchanges. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of the return unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error from the company.
• If you’re returning items from multiple orders, please ensure individual return requests are submitted and that these are returned in separate parcels to avoid complications.
• For returns or exchanges, fill out the form correctly and send it along in the box with the product. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund/exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
